Pre-order & Bespoke

Each item in our collection is unique, therefore limited in stock. DE LA HAYE Collection welcomes pre-order of products by 20% deposit. Fill in this form to pre-order.

Our bespoke service allows us to design and create a gift completely unique to you. Bespoke service comes with 50% deposit. For further details contact us at above phone number or send an Email to purchase@delahayecollection.com.


Payment method

We currently accept all regular payment methods. However, we regret that we are unable to accept Credit Card at the moment.

All prices are VAT included.


Shipping and Handling

Insurance and handling will be charged on your total purchase price at checkout. This will subsidise tax, duty, credit card fees, insurance in transit and handling.

All orders are processed with the greatest care and attention. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our Customer Services Team for advice with this matter.



Custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. Please note that should you decide to return your order for refund we will be unable to refund you any costs you may have incurred for local duty/taxes.



Delivery within E.U. is estimated one week, but cannot be guaranteed. Items can be tracked but please ensure you provide us with your e-mail address and mobile phone number to receive all of the latest updates on your shipment. Please be aware that a signature will be required on delivery.

We will endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours, Monday to Friday subject to stock availability. Please enter any details at the checkout and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses. Depending on the policy of your credit company we may only able to deliver to your debit/credit card billing address.

Contact us for further information on delivery outside E.U. and for all International delivery information.

If we are unable for any reason to fulfill your order as planned we will contact you to let you know our earliest possible shipment date. Should the delay be unacceptable to you then we will give you a full refund according to our terms.



We love packaging and we all like to receive a lovely package in the post. We want your purchase to arrive with you not only safely but also stylishly. So whether your purchase is for you or intended as a gift rest assured that all of our products from the smallest keychain to the belt will arrive gift wrapped in their own bespoke packaging.
